An Epic MegaGrant makes AltStore PAL free

AltStore PAL is now free to download and use. Epic Games has awarded us a MegaGrant that covers Apple''s Core Technology Fee, which is the reason the marketplace launched with a small annual charge in the first place.

That fee is levied per install, per year, and it is not the sort of cost a two-person team can simply absorb. Passing it on was never something we wanted to do. With the grant in place, we are not passing it on.

Nothing else about how AltStore works changes. It remains open source, and developers can still publish through their own sources without asking anyone for permission.
