I want to submit my app. Where do I start?
You do not need to ask us. Host a source file describing your apps, share the URL, and anyone who adds that source can install your work from inside AltStore. The user guide walks through making one.
Something in the app is broken. Who do I tell?
Open an issue on GitHub. AltStore is developed in the open, so bug reports land straight with the people who can fix them, and you can follow the fix as it happens.
How do I report an app?
Get in touch using the form on this page and tell us which app and which source it came from. Apps distributed through third-party sources are published by their own developers, so the more detail you can give us the better.
Are you available for press or interviews?
Yes. Send us a note through the form with your outlet and deadline and we will come back to you.
Can I get help installing AltStore?
The user guide covers installation step by step for both AltStore PAL and AltStore Classic, including AltServer setup on macOS and Windows. Most install questions are answered there.
How do I get early access to new features?
Join the Patreon. Supporters get beta versions of our apps and can try in-development features before they ship to everyone.
